We accept returns for products that have been damaged during shipping.
Return eligibility
Only products that arrived damaged are eligible for a return or replacement.
Report damage within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damaged packaging and the product.
How to submit a return
Email our support team with your order number, a brief description of the damage, and the required photos.
We will reply with return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return shipping label or instructions for disposal when replacement is offered.
Refunds and replacements
Once we receive the returned item or confirm damage from your photos, we will either:
Ship a replacement at no cost, or
Issue a full refund to the original payment method.
Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days after we approve the return.
Exceptions and notes
Returns for reasons other than shipping damage are subject to our standard return policy.
We may request the damaged item be returned before issuing a refund or replacement, unless a prepaid label is provided or we advise otherwise.
Retain all packaging and damaged items until the return is completed, as carriers may require inspection.
